In this study, the relationship between Lean Six Sigma and service quality in the Trujillo Benevolent Society during 2023 was investigated. A total of 96 employees were analyzed, using a questionnaire with 21 carefully designed items. The representative sample selected comprised 54% of the total population, i.e. 52 individuals. The results, supported by a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.966, revealed a highly significant positive correlation between Lean Six Sigma and service quality. These findings indicate that the implementation of Lean Six Sigma has a highly positive impact on service quality in the organization during the year 2023. This suggests that Lean Six Sigma can be an effective approach to improving service quality in the logistics domain, with important implications for management and continuous improvement practices in the organization.
