The pandemic impacted all sectors, and tolls were no exception, especially those that collected payments through cash, as they had to look for solutions to avoid Covid-19 infections due to physical contact. In this sense, this thesis project presents a proposal for the implementation of a contactless card toll payment system for the Lima Expresa company. To design the solution, the background was first analyzed and then the problem, general and specific objectives and success indicators were established. Later, the solution was proposed that focused on the use of a contactless card payment system. This system was chosen after rigorous benchmarking where the offers offered by Izipay and Niubiz were evaluated. The first was chosen because it best adapted to the objectives of Lima Expresa. Likewise, in the design of the solution it was decided to use the fixed payment module at the booth, according to the occupational health and safety needs established by the company. Likewise, it was necessary to carry out detailed planning of work schedules, costs, resources to be used, risks that could arise and how to overcome them. Finally, the comprehensive solution was implemented, testing and the system was launched. Likewise, it was validated, the results were analyzed and a progressive deployment of the system was made in all the toll booths of the Lima Expresa concession.
