The purpose of this research study was to determine the psychosocial risk factors that predict the intention to quit among the operating personnel of a company in the industrial sector. These factors were evaluated through the psychosocial factors at work questionnaire (F-Psycho 3.1), as well as the intention to quit (IR) scale. The sample consisted of 155 production workers from an industrial company in Metropolitan Lima. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between the factors of Task content and characteristics, Social interaction and organizational aspects, and Satisfaction with performance pay with the intention to quit (p < .001). This indicates that the items workplace conditions, task content and characteristics, and social interaction are the strongest predictors of workers' voluntary departure. Likewise, it was identified that there is a multiple linear relationship between both instruments, where it is evident that the factors have a statistically significant correlation.
