This thesis investigates the relationship between the variables Organizational culture and job satisfaction in teachers of the graduate school of the UNE. The stratified random sample was made up of 200 teachers from the UNE graduate school. The research had a quantitative approach, correlational scope, and cross-sectional design. The Inventory of quality of service in process and job satisfaction in service for the collection of information were applied. The content validity and reliability of these instruments were evaluated, with the Aiken coefficient v and the Cronbach coefficient respectively. The data collected were analyzed with the Pearson (r) correlated parametric statistical test to measure the relationships postulated in the general hypothesis between the organizational culture and job satisfaction variables, and the specific hypotheses between the organizational culture dimensions and the satisfaction variable labor. The findings evidenced the existence of moderate direct and statistically significant correlations (p <0.05) between organizational culture competence, and between the dimensions of that (cooperation of the job satisfaction team, director support, and director supervision) and satisfaction labor; exception made of participation in decision making that had a direct and significant low correlation with job satisfaction.
