Abstract: ABSTRACT
Objective: Describe the effectiveness of the control of staff permanence in
companies in the Cusco region, in teleworking mode due to the COVID-19
pandemic.
Methodology: The present investigation was developed under a quantitative
approach, being the study of non-experimental type, of transactional cut and with a
simple descriptive research design. The data collection technique used was the
structured interview; and the instrument the interview guide.
Participants: The sample consisted of 56 companies from the Cusco region,
selected under an accessibility criterion.
Results: The control of staff permanence in companies in the Cusco region, in
teleworking mode due to the COVID-19 pandemic, reached different levels of
effectiveness in the different modalities, being the control by results the one that
obtained the greatest effectiveness with 83.52%, followed by control software with
65.56%, followed by the call with 35.79% and finally the video call mode with 19.69%
effectiveness.
Conclusions: The effectiveness of the control of staff permanence in companies in
the Cusco region, in teleworking mode due to the COVID-19 pandemic, was
described with probity from the perspective of the efficiency and effectiveness
dimensions, and their respective indicators, having characterized that only 33.93%
of the companies make use of some form of control, and that these reach 44.54%
effectiveness, 36.39% efficiency and 52.69% effectiveness in the control of staff
permanence.
