After the pandemic, e-commerce experienced significant growth. Also, new businesses emerged through social media, giving rise to social commerce, the form of e-commerce on social platforms. Brands recognized a great opportunity in the surge of social commerce, particularly in the fashion category. However, intense competition within social commerce makes it challenging for users to find a differentiating factor among the multitude of brands, leading to loyalty issues. Moreover, brands are primarily focusing on building a positive reputation, reviews, and comments on social commerce but neglecting factors like delivery – a critical point of contact between the user and the brand. The present study will investigate the factors of delivery and free shipping to validate their impact on consumers' willingness to pay more through brand trust and loyalty in social fashion commerce. Thus, it will expand knowledge on variables such as delivery and free shipping in social commerce for marketing professionals to generate value in companies' brands. It will serve as a theoretical contribution to the relationship between brand loyalty and willingness to pay a premium price in the context of fashion social media commerce. 400 young students who have purchased on social media in the last 6 months will be surveyed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS software.
