General purpose of present investigation was to determine the relationship between parental communication and teenagers’ sexuality knowledge from Comas – Lima Educational Institution. The study belonged to correlational descriptive level, of basic type, under a non-experimental design of transactional cut. The sample represented by 370 male and female students, aged between 12 and 17 years old and students from 1st to 5th level of High-School, we applied the questionnaire on communication between parents and children, and the questionnaire on sexuality knowledge in teenagers, both were adapted by Castillo, K. and Hilario, D. (2013). The main result confirms that there is a direct and statistically significant relationship between parental communication and knowledge of sexuality in the participants. On the other hand, most of the students showed a regular level of communication with father and mother, with a slight difference in favor of mother. In addition, it was found that communication with father is slightly better in women than in men. Besides, as students have a higher level of education, the level of parental communication with both parents improves. Finally, it was the women who demonstrated greater knowledge of sexuality compared to men; especially third year high school students.
