In this research paper, the initial problem faced by a company specializing in modular construction in managing its projects is presented. The first step was to identify the causes affecting time and cost in project management. Based on this identification, the objective of this paper is to propose a project management plan that integrates both predictive and agile approaches, applicable to a modular camp construction project for an airport in the southern region of Peru, executed in 2022, and from the perspective of the company specializing in the camp's construction. To achieve this, the theoretical foundation used is the practices outlined in the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide, Seventh Edition). Thus, a viable alternative is presented, based on a set of considerations derived from an analysis of theoretical concepts in project management and the SCRUM framework, which aims to better address the complexities inherent in such investments. Finally, the conclusions derived from the proposed management plan are presented, highlighting the benefits of its implementation. Additionally, recommendations for applying a hybrid approach in modular construction projects are provided.
