The objective of the research was to determine how the application of Lean Manufacturing in the execution of diaphragm walls will improve productivity in building works in the city of Lima. The methodology was applied, with a sample represented by 6 months of data collection and a total of 10 collaborators of the entity under study, related to the execution of diaphragm walls, where data collection was carried out through the observation, survey and documentary analysis technique. The results have made it evident that the premixed batch exhibited, on average, an efficiency of 50.00%, generating up to 4 units per day and guaranteeing a reliability index that did not exceed 25.00%. In the context of formwork and stripping, an average time was evident that never fell below 58.30%, producing a daily average of 2.33 units with a reliability that did not fall below 25.00%. Likewise, regarding the allocation of steel and curing of diaphragm walls, the aspects observed were similar to what was mentioned previously, where it is essential to remember that there was no access to an updated procedure scheme (current VSM). It has been concluded that after the proposal based on Lean Manufacturing, the average time achieved was 2 days in pre-mixing, it ranged between 10 and 12 days in the formwork and stripping part, it fluctuated between 5 and 6 days in the steel installation and was between 12 and 13 days in the curing period, which demonstrated a significant relationship between the average completion time of the batches, their level of productivity and the level of reliability, consequently, that the The implementation of Lean Manufacturing was beneficial for the improvement of each of the dimensions of productivity mentioned above, where this was confirmed by having maintained a sigma less than 0.050.
