The research work identifies the lack of analysis of Degree of Financial Leverage and return on equity concerning the efficient use of fixed financial costs and financial risk as its research problem. This necessitates a specialized study to determine relevant indicators. The research methodology employed is quantitative, with a basic type of research that has a descriptive scope and a non-experimental research design. The study population consisted of the accounting and credit documentation of the company Jharol EIRL. The documentary analysis technique was used to gather information, relevant data, and necessary details for application in the formulas of Degree of Financial Leverage Ratio (DFL) and Return on Equity (ROE) through percentage variations and the Dupont analysis system. The data also facilitated the determination of the Break-Even Point (BEP) for analysis and projection, providing a clearer and more comprehensive picture of the company. Upon determining these indicators, it is asserted that the leverage obtained has yielded results reflecting exorbitant financial profitability and, consequently, a high risk for the company in terms of its ability to meet its liabilities. On the other hand, these results confirm the hypothesis posed in the research that DFL and ROE are positive. Considering the obtained results from the research, it will enable the owners, manager, directors, and employees of Jharol EIRL to make informed decisions and better evaluate the possibility of resorting to external sources of financing in the future.
