Abstract: Introducción: En la actualidad se hace uso de mucha tecnología en la información y las
comunicaciones, en el sector salud no está excluido de esto, debido al actual estado de
emergencia por el SARS-CoV-2 la teleconsulta se volvió una herramienta importante en
la atención de los pacientes.
Objetivos: Determinar cuál es el nivel de satisfacción para el usuario en la atención
médica en la modalidad de teleconsulta para poder brindar una mejor atención al usuario.
Material y métodos: El método empleado fue el descriptivo y el diseño de la
investigación fue observacional, no experimental, con una población 377 pacientes
atendidos en la modalidad de teleconsulta en el IPRESS Metropolitano ESSALUD Cusco,
durante el año 2022. Para la recolección de datos se empleó la encuesta SERVQUAL
mediante Google Forms.
Resultados: Los hallazgos mostraron que un 13.2% de los usuarios se encuentran
satisfechos con la atención en teleconsulta, los usuarios con un nivel de estudio superior
universitario se encuentran satisfechos en un 10.4%, los usuarios pertenecientes al grupo
etario entre 18 a 23 años de edad se encuentran satisfechos en un 18.2%, entre 24 a 29
años se encuentran satisfechos en un 22.7%, los usuarios de sexo femenino se encuentran
insatisfechas en un 84.5% con la atención en teleconsulta y en el sexo masculino
observamos un 91.5% de usuarios insatisfechos
Conclusión: Se concluye que la mayoría de los encuestados se mostraron insatisfechos
con la atención por teleconsulta y del análisis de los datos obtenidos para el nivel de
satisfacción según el nivel educativo, grupo etario y género del usuario, se halló que el
nivel educativo el grupo etario y el género si influyen con la percepción del nivel de
satisfacción del usuario.
