Introduction: Currently, a lot of technology is used in information and communications, in the health sector it is not excluded from this, due to the current state of emergency due to SARS-CoV-2, teleconsultation has become an important tool in the care of patients. Goals: Determine the level of satisfaction for the user in medical care in the teleconsultation modality in order to provide better care to the user. Material and methods: The method used was descriptive and the research design was observational, not experimental, with a population of 377 patients treated in the teleconsultation modality in the IPRESS Metropolitano ESSALUD Cusco, during the year 2022. For data collection, the SERVQUAL survey was used through google forms. Results: The findings showed that 13.2% of users are satisfied with teleconsultation care, users with higher university education are satisfied by 10.4%, users belonging to the age group between 18 and 23 years of age are satisfied by 18.2%, between 24 to 29 years are satisfied by 22.7%, 84.5% of female users are dissatisfied with teleconsultation care, and 91.5% of male users are dissatisfied. Conclusion: It is concluded that the majority of the respondents were dissatisfied with the teleconsultation care and the analysis of the data obtained for the level of satisfaction according to the educational level, age group and gender of the user, it was found that the educational level, age group and gender do influence the perception of the user's level of satisfaction.
