In the present research work, it is proposed to determine the influence of the Coronavirus Covid_19 in the management of the human talent of the security company Pacific Security International S.A.C.; seeing the need that the company considers to stay at the forefront to survive in this critical time caused by the pandemic and especially in companies that provide services such as private security services, which have as the human resources area as the main engine of the fulfillment of its objectives. In this thesis, a situational analysis of the human resources area was carried out before and during the stage of the health emergency situation caused by Covid_19, in order to define the main indicators that are affected in this temporary context, obtaining as a result a contrast and explanation of the influence of Covid_19 on the management of human talent, for which the management of human talent for this research was broken down into 5 critical dimensions and in accordance with the current problem. To conclude with a result between negative or irrelevant influence and thus explain them through the indicators in question for the security company PACIFIC SECURITY INTERNATIONAL S.A.C. zone Cusco -2020.
