Abstract: La presente investigación se desarrolló en la Red de Servicio de Salud Cusco Sur, 2020, cuyo
objetivo principal fue describir el Engagement de los colaboradores en esta institución, El tipo
de investigación es básica, el alcance descriptivo, el diseño es no experimental y el enfoque es
cuantitativo. Teniendo como técnica de investigación la encuesta, como instrumento el
cuestionario que se aplicó a los 65 colaboradores, los resultados estadísticos expresaron lo
siguiente; el nivel de engagement en la Red de Servicios de Salud Cusco Sur, es de nivel bajo,
para un 27.5% debido a que los colaboradores no se sienten parte de las actividades que
desarrollan con relación a su puesto laboral, por otro lado, los resultados de la dimensión
engagement físico muestra que un 30.8% de los colaboradores expresan un nivel regular, se
debe a que los colaboradores reflejan un esfuerzo parcial en las actividades que realizan.
Mientras que el engagement cognitivo para un 30.5% es de nivel bajo, debido a que los
trabajadores no se sienten concentrados en su totalidad. Finalmente, el engagement emocional
para un 38.1% fue bajo, que se debe a la falta de concentración, entusiasmo, optimismo y
orgullo en su puesto de trabajo.
The present investigation was developed in the Cusco Sur Health Service Network, 2020, whose main objective was to describe the Engagement of the collaborators in this institution. The type of investigation is basic, the descriptive scope, the design is non-experimental and the focus it is quantitative.
