Comunicación organizacional interna del personal administrativo de la Sede Central del Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Privado Khipu, Cusco – 2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado comunicación organizacional interna del personal administrativo de la sede central del Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Privado khipu, Cusco – 2022, tiene como objetivo general describir cómo es la comunicación organizacional interna del personal administrativo de la sede central del Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Privado Khipu, Cusco – 2022, siendo esta una investigación de tipo básico, nivel descriptivo, diseño no experimental y enfoque cuantitativo; tomando como población a los trabajadores de la institución a quienes se les aplico una encuesta a cerca de la percepción que tienen de la Comunicación Organizacional Interna del personal administrativo de la sede central del Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Privado Khipu. Los hallazgos descriptivos señalan que la percepción de los trabajadores respecto a la Comunicación Organizacional Interna del personal administrativo de la sede central del Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Privado Khipu es adecuada con un promedio de 3.37 puntos en una escala de 1 a 5. Por otro lado, los hallazgos estadísticos nos indican que el instrumento es fiable en 92.2% y se puede aplicar a instituciones similares para determinar si estas cumplen con la Comunicación Organizacional Interna del personal Administrativo. Se llegó a la conclusión que la Comunicación Organizacional Interna del personal administrativo de la sede central del Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Privado Khipu en el año 202 es adecuada (r = 3.37), consecuentemente se puede afirmar que la Comunicación Organizacional Interna del personal administrativo es regular lo que puede afectar negativamente a los objetivos propuestos dentro de la organización.

The present research work entitled internal organizational communication of the administrative staff of the headquarters of the Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Privado Khipu, Cusco - 2022, has as a general objective to describe what the internal organizational communication of the administrative staff of the headquarters of the Institute of Khipu Private Technological Higher Education, Cusco - 2022, this being a basic type of research, descriptive level, non-experimental design and quantitative approach; taking as a population the workers of the institution to whom a survey was applied about the perception they have of the Internal Organizational Communication of the administrative staff of the headquarters of the Khipu Private Technological Higher Education Institute. The descriptive findings indicate that the perception of the workers regarding the Internal Organizational Communication of the administrative staff of the headquarters of the Khipu Private Technological Higher Education Institute is adequate with an average of 3.37 points on a scale of 1 to 5. On the other hand , the statistical findings indicate that the instrument is 92.2% reliable and can be applied to similar institutions to determine if they comply with the Internal Organizational Communication of Administrative staff. It was concluded that the Internal Organizational Communication of the administrative staff of the headquarters of the Khipu Private Technological Higher Education Institute in the year 202 is adequate (r = 3.37), consequently it can be affirmed that the Internal Organizational Communication of the administrative staff is regulate what can negatively affect the objectives proposed within the organization.
