The thesis presented under the title "Transformational leadership in the workers of the Local Educational Management Unit of Anta - Cusco 2023", presented the fundamental objective of describing what transformational leadership is like in the workers of this institution. As for the methodology used, it has a quantitative approach since data collection tools were used and a descriptive scope was used, focused on the description of the reality without manipulation of the data. Regarding the techniques used, they were the survey and the questionnaire, aimed at a population of 60 workers, equally representative in the sample. The results showed that transformational leaders had significant deficiencies. The motivation provided by the people who lead the groups is being deficient, for this reason, no effects are found that give good results, which highlights the urgency of changing the strategic maneuvers to achieve their effectiveness. It was concluded that there are key areas that are inadequate and inappropriate, such as motivation and inspiration, individual consideration, knowledge promotion and idealised influence. Given this disparity, it is crucial to urgently implement leadership-based development strategies that address or at least diminish the deficiencies mentioned or found in the study, with the aim of improving the working environment and ultimately encouraging organisational effectiveness in the UGEL.
