The study was conducted through research at an Institute of Higher Technical Education in the district of Wanchaq, being the main objective of this research to describe the organizational commitment of the collaborators of an Institute of Higher Technical Education in the district of Wanchaq, Cusco in the year 2023. The study has a descriptive scope, a non-experimental design and focuses on a quantitative approach; the results were obtained based on a 27-item survey applied to the population consisting of 44 collaborators, which are 06 administrative and 38 instructors of the Institute. The findings reached in the research concerning the variable of organizational commitment present an average of 3. 18 that indicate it as regular, that is to say 64% of the collaborators, due to the fact that it is evident that the majority of collaborators qualify as regular the satisfaction, the responsibility with the company, the rewards received, as well as the reciprocity and the sense of permanence, because there is dissatisfaction on the part of the collaborators and an inadequate retribution regarding the effort delivered; these factors generate that the emotional bonds or the identification with the company are not enough reasons for the collaborators of this Institute to develop a high level of commitment and reciprocity towards the institution: These factors generate that there is a latent problem regarding the permanence of the collaborators.
