At the national level, there is a market for coffee pulping machines that supply coffee growers, in the Province of La Convention there are workshops dedicated to production, the vast majority lack information regarding the implementation of time study methods and innovation in machines that can increase production. The main objective of the Research is to increase production through the innovation of a matrix of t-shirts for the coffee pulping machine, in recent years companies have been ordering applying knowledge and techniques to increase productivity, mainly with innovations in the different production processes. The study allowed us to see the operations that each process has, where it was observed and identified the operations that had delays for different work reasons, in this way the study of time and movements where standard times and qualification were established of the operator, The study was carried out at the Aranya Metal Industries Company, where the main item is the manufacture of coffee Pulping machines. In the City of Quillabamba, Province of La Convention in the Cusco Region. After having the production standards, we can see that the delay is in the process of manufacturing t-shirts, in the octagonal and die-cutting tracing operations, where the octagonal tracing operation has a time of 15 minutes and the operation of die cut has a time of 64 minutes, this operation has too much physical effort and the consequences mean that the operator does not normally perform the following operations, this process has 5 operations, this work cycle has a standard time of 0.7 hours per unit and a production 7 units daily. With the innovation of the Matrix through the Eccentric Press Machine it was possible to reduce from 7 to 6 operations, the octagonal tracing operation was eliminated, and the time in the die cutting operation was reduced from 64 to 12 minutes, and The work cycle has 2.8 hours per unit, daily production increased to 22 units, had an increase in increased by 170%, this does not indicate that the improvement is significantly and that in the other processes will not have delays by the operator , since this new manufacturing process will have no greater demand in terms of physical effort of the operator.
