Resumen: De acuerdo al estudio titulada “Habilidades Directivas en los colaboradores de la
Municipalidad Provincial de Urubamba - Cusco, 2023” y tiene como objetivo de “Describir las
Habilidades Directivas de los colaboradores de la Municipalidad Provincial de Urubamba – Cusco,
2023”. En referencia a la metodología, el enfoque del estudio es cuantitativo, no experimental en
su diseño y descriptivo en su alcance, el universo de análisis abarca a 105 colaboradores de la
Municipalidad Provincial de Urubamba, a quien se les atribuyo una encuesta compuesta por 14
preguntas; los resultados revelaron que, según la mayoría de los colaboradores, sus habilidades
directivas son "poco adecuadas," con un 63.8% de los encuestados compartiendo esta percepción,
el promedio general de calificación se sitúa en 2.85, lo que se considera "poco adecuado." Estos
hallazgos subrayan la urgente necesidad de mejorar las competencias directivas entre el personal
municipal, con un enfoque especial en el fortalecimiento de las habilidades de liderazgo y la
gestión de las relaciones entre colaboradores. En cuanto a las dimensiones específicas, las
habilidades personales tienen un promedio de 2.49 y se clasifican como "poco adecuadas," la
habilidad interpersonal de los colaboradores tiene un valor promedio de 2.80 con un nivel "poco
adecuado," y las habilidades grupales obtienen un valor promedio de 2.80, también calificadas
como "poco adecuadas." Estos datos resaltan la necesidad de abordar estas deficiencias en las
distintas dimensiones de las habilidades directivas en la entidad municipal.
