Epidemiological profile of the HELLP syndrome in pregnant women treated in hospitals of the Ministry of Health Cusco, 2017; an objective whose objective is to determine the epidemiological profile of the HELLP Syndrome in pregnant women treated in hospitals of the Ministry of Health of Cusco, during the year 2017, of Descriptive Methodology, qualitative, retrospective, of non-experimental, cross-sectional design. Results: Regarding the sociodemographic parameters, the study population is between 30 and 34 years of age, he studied secondary school, his marital status is cohabitant, son of a family, he was overweight at the beginning of gestation. Regarding the general obstetric parameters between 37 to 40 weeks of gestation, they are primitive, the prenatal care is insufficient, there was no history of hypertensive disorders. In the sample studied, 97.8% of cases diagnosed with HELLP syndrome have been confirmed. The epidemiological profile of the HELLP syndrome occurs in women from 30 to 34 years of age, in a full-term gestation, with prenatal care, where there is no evidence of hypertensive disorders.
