Perfil epidemiológico del síndrome de HELLP en gestantes atendidas en Hospitales del Ministerio de Salud Cusco, 2017.

Abstract

Perfil epidemiológico del Síndrome de HELLP en gestantes atendidas en hospitales del Ministerio de Salud Cusco, 2017; es un estudio cuyo objetivo principal es determinar el perfil epidemiológico del Síndrome de HELLP en gestantes atendidas en hospitales del Ministerio de Salud Cusco, durante el año 2017, de metodología descriptiva, cualitativa, retrospectiva, de diseño no experimental, de corte transversal. Resultados: Respecto a los parámetros sociodemográficas, la población de estudio se encuentra entre los 30 a 34 años de edad, estudió secundaria, su estado civil es conviviente, son amas de casa, tuvieron sobrepeso al inicio de la gestación. En lo que se respecta a los parámetros gineco obstétricos tienen entre 37 a 40 semanas de gestación, son primigestas, la atención prenatal es insuficiente, no tuvieron como antecedentes trastornos hipertensivos. En la muestra estudiada, el 97.8% de casos diagnosticados con Síndrome de HELLP, han sido confirmados. El perfil epidemiológico del síndrome de HELLP se presenta en mujeres de 30 a 34 años, en una gestación a término, con atención prenatal, donde no se evidencia antecedentes de trastornos hipertensivos.

Results: Regarding the sociodemographic parameters, the study population is between 30 and 34 years of age, he studied secondary school, his marital status is cohabitant, son of a family, he was overweight at the beginning of gestation. Regarding the general obstetric parameters between 37 to 40 weeks of gestation, they are primitive, the prenatal care is insufficient, there was no history of hypertensive disorders. In the sample studied, 97.8% of cases diagnosed with HELLP syndrome have been confirmed. The epidemiological profile of the HELLP syndrome occurs in women from 30 to 34 years of age, in a full-term gestation, with prenatal care, where there is no evidence of hypertensive disorders.
