This paper analyzes the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction at Banco de la Nación, Iquitos subsidiary. The theoretical framework was developed, based on North American School about Quality Services, developing five dimensions: tangible elements, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and security. Satisfaction was developed using the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) model. Measurements were made based on the SERVPERF instrument, for service quality and three indicators for customer satisfaction. As a result, it was determined that there is a moderate positive relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction, with a Pearson coefficient value of 0.628 and p less than 0.001. For quality dimensions, moderate positive relationships were found: tangible elements (0.412), reliability (0.498), responsiveness (0.593), empathy (0.464) and safety (0.400), all significant level of 0.01. Although there is a moderate relationship, it is determined that there is a space for improvement in the performance of Bank staff, where there is potential to improve customer satisfaction in terms of reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and security.
