Research descriptive, cross-sectional correlational, it was made in the service of medicine of Women - ICTUS of Belén de Trujillo Hospital, in the months of June-July 2014; with the purpose of determine the relationship between the level of labor climate and job satisfaction level on nurses who work in that service. The sample universe consisted of 14 nurses. The collection of data was obtained by instruments: Survey elaborated by the technical committee of organizational climate- MINSA and Survey elaborated by management of quality and formulation of quality standards- MINSA. The data obtained were tabulated, processed in SPSS version 18 and presented in tables of single and double entrance with numerical frequencies and percentage. The analysis of the relationship between the level of labor climate and job satisfaction level was made using the chi square test. It came to the following conclusions: 78.6% of nurses perceived a regular labor climate and 21.4% low labor climate, not existing no one to refer a good labor climate. 64.3% of nurses feel moderately satisfied and 35.7% unsatisfied, not existing no one who is satisfied. The relationship between the level of labor climate and job satisfaction level is not significant (P= 0.207)
