The objective of this research work was to: establish the degree of relationship between managerial leadership and the organizational climate in the teachers of the Isabel Flores de Oliva educational institution in the community of Alto Cuñumbuza, Mariscal Cáceres - San Martín-2018 For this purpose, we worked under a quantitative approach, with a type of descriptive – relational research and non-experimental design. The sample was made up of 34 primary and secondary teachers from the educational institution, to whom questionnaires were applied to collect information and in this way, we found that 62% of teachers rate leadership as low, while that 59% of these, the organizational climate is inadequate. After this, the author concludes that: with a “p” value of 0.000, the research hypothesis is accepted, which affirms the existence of a significant relationship between managerial leadership and the organizational climate. In this way it has been established that, as a result of a lack of presence or feeling of leadership, the organizational climate is affected.
