The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the virtual learning environment and satisfaction of the mathematics students of the Antonio Raymondi Educational Institution, Ugel Ventanilla, 2020. The sample of 120 students being determined by the sampling method did not probabilistic. The method used was the hypothetical-deductive, the purpose was the non-experimental design of a cross-sectional correlational level; The information was collected in a specific period, the survey technique and the data collection instrument were developed, it was a questionnaire that was used to collect information from the students via google forms. For the reliability of the instrument, Cronbach's alpha was used, it was 0, 817 for the virtual learning environment variable and for the student satisfaction variable it was 0.812. For the descriptive analysis, tables of frequency distribution and the bar graph were made. And for the testing of the hypothesis it was carried out by Rho de Spearman. The research concluded that there is a moderate correlation between the virtual learning environment and satisfaction of mathematics students at the Antonio Raymondi Educational Institution, Ugel Ventanilla, 2020. Being Spearman's Rho = 0.555 and p-value = 0.000 <0.05 ;. This confirmed the hypothesis and the general objective of the study.
