The objective of this research work was raised in the quantitative paradigm, with a correlational design and instruments with a scale to measure the perception of teacher motivation and a documentary record of qualifications on mathematical learning, applied to a sample of 47 students from the 3rd, 4th and 5th years of secondary school, state management. The purpose of the study has been to evaluate the level of correlation between the aforementioned variables and their respective dimensions, in addition to specifying the quantitative trends in each of them. The results demonstrated the existence of a level of correlation between the variables, between 37% to 45% of figures, in addition to a level of perception of the students about the motivation of their teachers, which defines 60% at the level of " very high"; and evidencing the students a mathematical learning within a range of qualifications that go from 08 to 17 vigesimal points, with an average of 13 points, equivalent to the qualitative average of B, for a scale of AD, A, B and C. In addition, A level of correlation between the intrinsic motivation of the teacher and mathematical learning was verified in the order of 46.5%, as well as a statistical relationship between extrinsic motivation and mathematical learning of 37.1%, the coefficient of general association being, Spearman's Rho of 44.6% between teacher motivation and mathematical learning, which is interpreted as a figure to a significant degree for the interpretation of this study.
