The research titled, Tics and the learning of English in the students of the second cycle of the National University of Madre de Dios Tambopata District, Madre de Dios Region, whose objective was to determine the relationship that exists between ICTs and the learning of English in the students of the second cycle of the National University of Madre de Dios Tambopata District, Madre de Dios Region, as a contribution to the analysis, description, explanation and relationship of the two study variables. The methodology of the investigation obeys to the quantitative approach, it is a study of basic type, of non-experimental cross-correlational design, where two Likert-type questionnaires validated according to expert judgment have been used and tested on the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient as an instrument of data collection to perception of the students surveyed. Likewise, after having developed the research, applying the instruments and performing the statistical processing, the following conclusion was reached: ICTs (Rho = 0, 786) significantly (p <0.000) with the learning of English in the students of the Second cycle of the National University of Madre de Dios Tambopata District, Madre de Dios Region, the proposed hypothesis was tested and it is concluded that ICTs are directly and significantly related to the learning of English in students of the second cycle of the University.
