The objective of this research work was the current scientific work aspires to contribute and broaden the debate within the educational sciences. In this framework, it seeks as a purpose to understand and analyze from the perspective of Anton Makarenko and Mao Tse Tung, about the school organizations of regular basic education, with special particularity the aspects of the organic structure, the process of electing its leaders and political thought. the fundamentals of Both pedagogues contribute fundamentally to the understanding of the contradictions that exist in the educational sector, such as: student politicization and political pedagogy. By Therefore, the documents and practices carried out by these two educators provide valuable experiences in education. Our methodology is qualitative cutting design phenomenological, semi-structured technique and the interview guide as an instrument. As In conclusion, there are differences in terms of organizational training between the two pedagogues. Regarding the interviews carried out with the student leaders, they show data of useful information for the development and foundation of our work academic. Finally, the theses and previous articles were very useful.
