The thesis entitled, Organizational climate and work performance in teachers of the primary and secondary level of the Public Institution 1207 "Sagrado Corazón de Jesús" of the district of La Molina, 2019, had the purpose of analyzing the level of correlation between the organizational climate and job performance in the institution in question. For this, a descriptive type of study was proposed with a quantitative approach, with a correlational design, with a population of 26 teachers making up the census sample. The data collection technique used was the survey and the instruments were the questionnaire on organizational climate and the questionnaire on job performance, which had a total of 47 questions with a Likert-type scale. The reliability analysis was carried out through the Cronbach's Alpha test, the coefficient being 0.80 for the instrument of the organizational climate variable and 0.79 for Teaching performance.The data obtained were analyzed with the Spearman Rho correlation test, showing a strong correlation at the 0.8 significance level. The conclusions reached are as follows: There is a significant relationship between organizational climate and teacher performance, at the level of the total test and by the dimensions: preparation for learning, teaching for learning, participation in the management of the school and development of professionalism.
