The present work was carried out with the data obtained in a livestock production in the city of Tacna with the objective of evaluating the productive parameters of the Cobb 500 line with the company's productive system. The data obtained during three campaigns that include four production sheds per campaign with an average number of 22 thousand birds per shed were evaluated. In the first campaign, improvements in management would not yet be evident, so campaigns two and three were evaluated. The results obtained were the following: campaign one recorded 3894.95 g of feed consumption, 2369.6 g of weight gain, 1.62 feed conversion and 3.94 percent mortality; campaign two recorded 4132.62 g of feed consumption, 2540.3 g of weight gain, 1.60 feed conversion and a mortality of 4.35 percent and finally campaign three obtained 3987.7 g of feed consumption, 2463.14 g of weight gain, 1.59 of feed conversion and a mortality of 5.45 percent, with the data obtained, the productive efficiency of each campaign was evaluated, resulting in campaign two with a productive efficiency index of 367.8, this being the highest, followed by campaign three with 354.3 and campaign one with the lowest index with a value of 341.29. The evaluation and comparison of these parameters help us to conclude that the improvements that were implemented over time in the fattening farm began to give positive results, except for the percentage of mortality, on which alternatives should continue to be sought to reduce this parameter.
