ABSTRACT The present study aims to determine the influence of the cultural patterns of parents influence the offending behavior of adolescents of the Restorative Juvenile Justice Action Line. The Qualitative research, through the phenomenological method, allowed to reflection, interpretation, discussion and understanding of the phenomenon of study, for the present research it was taken into account the experiences and discourses of 12 adolescents beneficiaries of the Restorative Juvenile Justice Line of Action and their parents. The people interviewed participated in this research voluntarily, and with knowledge of the purpose of the study. It was determined that the conduct of adolescents is influenced by repetitive patterns on the family or the home, since in a natural, way the formation and development of the human being is that parents are the main models of children's learning, transmitting knowledge from generation to generation. The aspects to which this study is associated are the norms and limits that were establish at home, as well as parenting patterns or guidelines and the values that are transmitted from parents to children with respect to the adolescent's offending behavior. The results obtained have as purpose to contrast the hypotheses raised, however, it should be noted that the main commitment is to contribute to the knowledge of social science professionals in relation to the intervention of human groups similar to the study population, as well as prioritize the role and responsibility of parents in raising children.
