Abstract: El objetivo del informe de prácticas pre-profesionales realizadas en un laboratorio nacional fue evaluar los parámetros fisicoquímicos de gasas fraccionadas estériles grandes, con una muestra de 12 unidades con lote 202011, siendo gasas tipo VI. Se realizaron los siguientes análisis fisicoquímicos: gramaje, conteo de hilos de urdimbre y trama en 2,54 cm, largo y ancho, absorbencia, rayón, residuo incinerado, residuo seco, ácido y álcali, dextrinas, materia grasa y colorantes solubles en alcohol, los cuales son establecidos por la Norma Técnica Peruana, obteniendo resultados conformes en cada prueba fisicoquímica realizada. Finalmente se concluye que la gasa fraccionada estéril grande extendida 25cm x 42cm cumple con las especificaciones establecidas por la Norma Técnica Peruana
ABSTRACT This pre-professional practice report was carried out in a national laboratory, with the objective of evaluating the physicochemical parameters of large sterile fractionated gauze, with a sample of 12 units with lot 202011, being type VI gauze. The following physicochemical analyzes were performed: grammage, number of warp and weft threads in 2.54 cm, length and width, absorbency, rayon, burnt residue, dry residue, acid and alkali, dextrins, fat and alcohol-soluble dyes, which are established by the Peruvian Technical Standard, obtaining compliant results in each physicochemical test performed. Finally, it is concluded that the large extended sterile fractionated gauze 25cm x 42cm complies with the specifications established by the Peruvian Technical Standard.
