ABSTRACT The objective of this pre-professional practice report is to carry out the validation of the analytical method by high resolution liquid chromatography for the quantification of triprolidine hydrochloride and dextromethorphan hydrobromide in syrup, For which parameters such as selectivity, linearity, accuracy and precision were evaluated. Defined working conditions, The analyzes were carried out for the evaluation of the validation parameters and it was demonstrated that the analytical methodology is selective given that no interference of excipients and degraded products was evidenced in the analysis of the active principle; the method is linear because a correlation coefficient was obtained r=0,99999 y 0,99998 for triprolidine hydrochloride and dextromethorphan bromhidrate respectively; is accurate with an overall recovery of 100,18% y 100,38% for triprolidine hydrochloride and dextromethorphan bromhirdate respectively; it is accurate because its DSR obtained for the system and intermediate precision gave values <2%. It is concluded that the validated method is reliable, consistent and can be used in the planned routine analyzes.
