Factores socioeconómicos y cumplimiento del esquema de vacunación en niños menores de cinco años, Puesto de Salud San Luis-Saywite, 2018

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación existente entre los Factores Socioeconómicos y el Cumplimiento del Esquema de Vacunación en niños menores de cinco años del Puesto de Salud San Luis –Saywite, Abancay, Apurímac, 2018. Se aplicó un método descriptivo correlacional, tipo cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, la población y muestra fue 80 madres, como instrumento se utilizó el cuestionario, que fue validado por juicio de expertos y obtuvo la confiabilidad de K de Richardson de 0.825 y 0.806. Según los resultados el 55.00% de las madres presentan un Nivel Regular con respecto a la Variable Factores Socioeconómicos, el 26.25% un Nivel Bueno y el 18.75% un Nivel Malo. Asimismo 50.00% presenta un Cumplimiento Regular del Esquema de Vacunación, 32.50% presentan un Buen Cumplimiento y el 17.50% un Cumplimiento Malo. Se concluyó que existe una relación significativa entre las variables de estudio. Se recomendó a la jefa de Enfermería del Establecimiento de Salud y a la Enfermera responsable de la ESNI, realizar talleres de capacitación continua en el servicio, en actividades intra y extra murales, sobre la importancia, beneficios y efectos adversos de las vacunas, en niños menores de cinco años.

The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the Socioeconomic Factors and the Compliance with the Vaccination Scheme in children under five years of the San Luis Health Post -Saywite, Abancay, Apurímac, 2018. A descriptive correlation method was applied, quantitative type, of nonexperimental design, the population and sample was 80 mothers, as an instrument the questionnaire was used, which was validated by expert judgment and obtained the reliability of Richardson's K of 0.825 and 0.806. According to the results, 55.00% of the mothers have a Regular Level with respect to the Variable Socioeconomic Factors, 26.25% a Good Level and 18.75% a Bad Level. Also 50.00% presents a Regular Compliance of the Vaccination Scheme, 32.50% present a Good Compliance and 17.50% a Bad Compliance. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the study variables. The Chief of Nursing of the Health Establishment and the Nurse in charge of the ESNI were recommended to carry out continuous training workshops in the service, in intra and extra mural activities, on the importance, benefits and adverse effects of vaccines, in younger children of five years.
