The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the Socioeconomic Factors and the Compliance with the Vaccination Scheme in children under five years of the San Luis Health Post -Saywite, Abancay, Apurímac, 2018. A descriptive correlation method was applied, quantitative type, of nonexperimental design, the population and sample was 80 mothers, as an instrument the questionnaire was used, which was validated by expert judgment and obtained the reliability of Richardson's K of 0.825 and 0.806. According to the results, 55.00% of the mothers have a Regular Level with respect to the Variable Socioeconomic Factors, 26.25% a Good Level and 18.75% a Bad Level. Also 50.00% presents a Regular Compliance of the Vaccination Scheme, 32.50% present a Good Compliance and 17.50% a Bad Compliance. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the study variables. The Chief of Nursing of the Health Establishment and the Nurse in charge of the ESNI were recommended to carry out continuous training workshops in the service, in intra and extra mural activities, on the importance, benefits and adverse effects of vaccines, in younger children of five years.
