The present research is a cross-sectional non-experimental descriptive study, it was considered as a general objective, to determine the level of learning styles in the students of the fifth year of secondary education of the Private Educational Institution “Pamer” of the district of Chorrillos; in a sample of census type, composed of 56 students, 26 males and 30 females, with ages between 15 and 16 years. For the research, the Honey - Alonso Learning Styles Questionnaire (CHAEA) was used as an instrument, adapted to Peru by Zavala (2008), which determines the preferences in the learning style of the students. The following results were found: the level of learning style predominant in students of the fifth year of secondary education of the Private Educational Institution “Pamer” of the district of Chorrillos, is a considered “High”, obtaining a percentage of 33.0%. In terms of its dimensions: in the active learning style 39,29; were obtained with a “High” level; in the style of reflective learning, 29,79% was obtained with a “Very High” level, in the theoretical learning style, 37,50% was obtained with a “High” level and finally, in the pragmatic learning style, 33,93% was obtained with a “High” level.
