Abstract The purpose of this research is to develop a proposal for educational material (podcast and stopmotion) incorporating testimonies about the cultural knowledge of the Apus of the Chancavine community. The incorporation of ancestral knowledge is vital for teaching in schools; these are an inheritance that must be transmitted to preserve and revive our ancestral knowledge. In the Andean world, territory is seen as sacred and alive. The territory is our home where our roots are and there is a diversity of ancestral wisdom, that is where our identity also begins. In regular schools they tend not to pay much importance to this and furthermore, in some communities it is being forgotten because they are no longer being transmitted from generation to generation, hence our interest in addressing this topic in research. This research has a qualitative approach and an exploratory and descriptive design. On the other hand, the preparation of the material (podcast) was carried out by creating a narrative script, which we validated with a group of children outside the institution and with the same people. interviewed about the Apus. Finally, a material (stop motion) was also made. In conclusion, we can say that the elders, grandfathers and grandmothers are still a source of wisdom of our cultures and can help us incorporate knowledge of our roots into schools and also of the territory that gave us identity. Keywords: Bilingual Intercultural Education, sacred territory, educational material, Podcast and stop motion
