This research titled GENERIC SKILLS AND ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE INTEGRATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND COMMUNICATION, OF TEACHERS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY IDAT- 2015, has as main objective to determine the relationship between generic skills and attitude towards integration Technologies of Information and Communication, teachers Program Management and Business of the IDAT Technological Institute. It is considered as generic skills to those that are common to various occupations and professions and attitude towards the integration of Information Technology and Communication, it is learned provision, which may be positive or negative, in this case in relation to the adoption of technological tools that allow you to implement efficiently and effectively in their teaching. The research was conducted with teachers Program Management and Business, the sample consisted of 183 teachers; 51 teachers Career Business Administration; 47 Accounting; 39 International Business Administration and 46 teachers Career Marketing, respectively. Two surveys were applied to measure the study variables, the results show that there is a positive relationship between generic skills and attitude towards the integration of Information Technology and Communication, teachers Program Management and Business Institute of Technology IDAT - 2015, was demonstrated with a Pearson correlation = 512, (average positive correlation) and a Sig-level bilateral =, 000. it is explained that even the level of correlation achieved is because teachers have not yet developed their digital skills. and they are in process.
