This report entitled "Design and application of dynamics for training in occupational safety and health of personnel who lack literacy skills in the company Grupo 5 SAC Builders Promoters - Arequipa 2021.", has as its main objective to reduce the number of substandard acts carried out by personnel who lack reading and writing skills through the application of playful dynamics, the sample for this type of research will take into account the population of 11 workers in the operational area of the project, the methodology that was carried out in The present research work was mixed explanatory, quasi-experimental, since it is mixed because workers who lack literacy skills were qualitatively identified and quantitative data was obtained on the number of sub-standard acts committed by staff who lack literacy skills. of reading and writing skills before and after the application of playful dynamics. Regarding the results, it was obtained that before carrying out the playful training, the staff that lacks literacy skills committed many sub-standard acts, reaching a maximum of 11 reports of sub-standard acts in a single worker. the reports of the 11 workers and it was observed that the majority carried out an average of 7 sub-standard acts or more, which had to be trained according to the needs of the sub-standard acts that they committed the most, thus reducing the number of these acts substandard through playful training. And as a conclusion, it was possible to identify a total of 4 workers in the area of operations who had low levels of literacy skills within the organization, this was done through the characterization survey that was carried out with each of the workers, on the other hand, It was also possible to identify the most outstanding sub-standard acts committed by the workers, this was done by reviewing the sub-standard reports in stages 1,2,3 and 4, which was achieved by implementing the playful tools according to the needs. of training required by the workers who committed the most outstanding sub-standard acts, which were: not using their personal protection equipment, not respecting pedestrian access, not using their fall protection equipment and incorrect lifting of objects.
