The main objective of this research was to determine the influence of culture on the quality management of administrative servers of a Public University of Callao, 2019. The methodology is applied, at the correlational level, quantitative approach and presents a design non-experimental, cross-sectional; the population under study are the administrative servants appointed and contracted of labor regimes N ° 276 and 1057; The population was made up of 327 people and it works with a probabilistic sample of 177 administrative servers. The technique that was selected to collect the information was the survey through two instruments tested for reliability and validated by expert judgment. In the case of both variables, 21 questionnaires with Likert scale were applied. To test the hypothesis, Spearman's Rho bivariate correlation was used, which in a 0.245 indicates that there is a significant correlation between the variables, at a medium level and the bilateral level of significance being p = 0.001 <0.5 the alternating hypothesis was accepted and rejected the null hypothesis. Concluding that senior management must establish a formal culture that identifies the entity, and it must be disseminated and internalized by managers and administrative servers; However, workers at 51.41% at medium level and 24.86% at high level, demonstrate the values, principles and social responsibility in their daily work activities. As well as the quality management that at 62.15% at the low level, 35.59% at the medium level and 2.26% at the high level demonstrate that work must be done so that there can be a solid basis for the implementation of a Quality management system such as ISO 9001: 2015.
