This project reveals the implementation of a web system that automates the current process of calculating commissions and bonuses in the commission’s area, this process is carried out manually, one person is in charge of carrying it out and another of supervising the result. The development of this project arose from the need of the Insurance Company to have a fast and transparent process that could accurately calculate the calculation of its commissions and bonuses generated by its insurance sales.The main objective was to implement a web system to automate the process of calculating commissions and bonuses of the insurance company, as specific objectives it was proposed to reduce the processing time of the calculation from 24 hours to 15 minutes and eliminate manual errors. The implementation of the project was carried out using the Scrum methodology, which divides the development into different sprints and has an incremental progress, in addition to different good practices from the PMBOK guide for project management. As a result of the implementation, a reduction in processing time was obtained, from 3 working days (8h per day) to approximately 15 min and it was possible to eliminate the manual errors that existed when the process was manual.
