In Peru, according to the Law on Safety and Health at Work, Law No. 29783, requires that all organizations promote a culture of Safety and Health at Work, ensuring the life, health and safety of their own employees. The main objective of the following study is the implementation of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System in the organization CONSYTEC S.R.L.; Being a study of longitudinal non-experimental methodology, data will be collected at different points of time, to obtain the results about the change that the implementation will make, the causes and effects, until the compliance and continuous improvement of the Security Management System and Occupational Health. CONSYTEC S.R.L, a company where maintenance and repair activities are carried out on drilling equipment, as well as their rental and sale; For this reason, CONSYTEC S.R.L seeks the prompt Implementation of an SGSST, which will help with the prevention of existing risks, which has a population of 11 workers. The implementation of the system will allow the company CONSYTEC S.R.L. manage the risks associated with their work procedures, in order to have a safe work environment, anticipating possible accidents and incidents. Once the SGSST was implemented within CONSYTEC S.R.L., it favored the management and evaluation of the risks associated with the different processes, helping to recognize the sources of danger to which the collaborators are exposed, documenting each record implemented; The SGSST implemented reached 95%, according to the parameters of Ministerial Resolution No. 050–2013-TR, thus allowing compliance with current legislation in the country.
