correlacional no causal.
2=6.666: p<.01);
el número de tres personas dependientes (OR=0.63 [IC95%=0.44-0.91]; X
2=5.707:
p<.05); contar con el servicio de internet (OR=1.60 [IC95%=1.04-2.47]; X
2=4.136:
p<.05); haber estudiado maestría y doctorado (OR=2.28 [IC95%=1.16-4.47];
X
[IC95%=0.47-0.93]; X
2=5.337: p<.05). Las implicancias del estudio fueron
discutidas.
The general objective of this research was to determine the sociodemographic factors related with resilience in public school authorities in Peru. The design used was the no experimental, transversal, and no causal correlational. The sample consisted of 1061 authorities (school principals and deputy directors) of public schools in Peru of items 1, 8 and 11 that correspond to the codes of the geographical areas determined by MINEDU. The sampling was non-probabilistic for convenience. The instruments used were a sociodemographic survey designed for this research and the “Escala de Resiliencia Docente”, for which evidence of validity and reliability was determined. The results indicated that the sociodemographic variables related with resilience were female sex (OR = 1.59 [95% CI = 1.13-2.23]; X2 = 6.666: p <.01); the number of three dependent people (OR = 0.63 [95% CI = 0.44-0.91]; X2 = 5.707: p <.05); have internet service (OR = 1.60 [95% CI = 1.04-2.47]; X2 = 4.136: p <.05); having studied master's and doctorate (OR = 2.28 [95% CI = 1.16-4.47]; X2 = 5.286: p <.05) and not having obtained a postgraduate academic degree (OR = 0.66 [95% CI = 0.47- 0.93]; X2 = 5.337: p <.05). The implications of this study were discussed.
