Propuesta de elaboración de un plan de monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación a la práctica docente que facilite la gestión curricular en la institución educativa n° 0404 del Caserío Cayena, distrito de Juanjui, provincia de Mariscal Caceres, región San martin, 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación de acción participativa, investigación /acción propone rediseñar la elaboración del plan de monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación de la práctica pedagógica que facilite la gestión curricular en la institución educativa pública del nivel primaria del distrito de Juanjui, en donde se pondrá énfasis en la reflexión de los docentes desde su propia práctica, el cual le permitirá fortalecer sus competencias pedagógicas de manera personalizada y/o individualizada y mejorar su desempeño en el aula. Tiene como objetivo principal elevar el desarrollo profesional y la calidad del servicio que brinda la I:E.N°0404 a través de la planificación de estrategias, la organización y ejecución de orientaciones, asesorías personalizadas y el seguimiento oportuno del desempeño, permitiendo lograr las metas propuestas. Para la recolección de datos se usó la técnica de la entrevista semiestructurada, entrevistando a los dos docentes la I.E, el cual nos permitió identificar las categorías y subcategorías, conocer las fortalezas y necesidades de los docentes, debido a ello se tomó la decisión de implementar el plan de acción ¿Cómo contribuir a la eficiente elaboración del plan de monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación de la práctica pedagógica que facilite la gestión curricular?, considerando que es labor

The present participatory action research, research / action proposes to redesign the preparation of the monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation plan of the pedagogical practice that facilitates the curricular management in the public educational institution of the primary level of the district of Juanjui, where emphasis will be placed on the reflection of teachers from their own practice, which will allow them to strengthen their pedagogical skills in a personalized and/or individualized way and improve their performance in the classroom.
