The present academic work called: Management of the planning of learning sessions at the primary level, in the IE Manuel A. Odría, has the general objective of Improving the curricular management in the learning planning processes through the implementation of a capacity plan in curricular management at the IE Manuel A. Odria-Tacna and is supported by specific objectives to manage short-term planning, implement a process of pedagogical accompaniment of learning planning processes and strengthen curricular management through work collegiate in the planning process. The problem is detected when observing that the sessions and learning units are not related to each other and to the application of an interview to the teachers, which allowed making the diagnosis and establishing the solution alternatives and proposing applied research as a methodology, whose variant is action research because of its participatory and practical nature. This work will allow the achievement of objectives that are; design a skills plan for curriculum management, strengthen the pedagogical support process and optimize collegiate work in the planning process.
