The objective of the present study was to determine the psychometric evidence of the Goldstein Social Skills Checklist, an instrument adapted by Tomás (1995), in Lima teachers. The research design used was instrumental, with a non-probabilistic sample of 573 teachers from Lima (Lima) aged 20 years and older. The results of the evidence of content-based validity, and with five judges, reported Aiken's V coefficients in a range of .73 to 1 in relation to the items, and .94 to .96 in relation to the dimensions. On the other hand, in order to know the evidence of validity based on the internal structure, a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) of two models was performed, because item 14 reported a factor loading of -0.08. In the second analysis, with item 14 removed, the items obtained factor loadings greater than .3, with the exception of item 29; likewise, the goodness-of-fit indices were the comparative fit index (CFI) with a value of .970, the Tucker-Lewis index (TLI) with a value of .969, and the RMSEA with a value of .055. Finally, omega and alpha coefficients were calculated for each dimension with the following values: dimension 1 (ω= .845/α= .817), dimension 2 (ω= .845/α= .828), dimension 3 (ω= .838/α= .806), dimension 4 (ω= .832/α= .802), dimension 5 (ω= .837/α= .828) and dimension 6 (ω= .842/α= .807).
