Abstract: El presente trabajo consiste en el desarrollo del estudio de viabilidad técnica y económica para la construcción de una futura Central Solar Fotovoltaica con una potencia instalada de capacidad de 10MW en la región de la selva peruana. Para ello será necesario realizar una evaluación económica que nos determine indicadores financieros aceptables.
Para el presente trabajo se realizó un diseño óptimo para la Central Solar Fotovoltaica empleando la tecnología bifacial basado en la normativa IEC (Comisión Electrotécnica Internacional), con la finalidad de aumentar la producción de la energía eléctrica mediante un performance ratio adecuado, debido a que la irradiación en la selva peruana no es elevada. Posteriormente se determina el presupuesto estimado de USD 13,971,017 a emplear para la construcción de la Central Solar Fotovoltaica, y con ello se procede a realizar una evaluación económica del proyecto.
A partir de la evaluación económica, se determina que el precio de la energía eléctrica a ofertar ante una posible subasta privada sustentada en la presente normatividad legal referente a los contratos de compra y venta de energía será de 80 USD/MWh, con un LCOE (Costo Nivelado de Energía) de 56.03 USD/MWh.
A partir de la evaluación económica, se determinará también los principales indicadores financieros del proyecto las cuales fueron: TIR (Tasa Interna de Retorno) = 23.9%, VAN (Valor Actual Neto) = USD 7,568,390 y B/C (Relación Costo Beneficio) = 1.35, que nos indican que la construcción de una Central Solar Fotovoltaica es viable y autosostenible. Los indicadores financieros serán importantes en la toma de decisiones para determinar la construcción de la Central Solar Fotovoltaica en la ciudad de Iquitos.
The present work consists of the development of the technical and economic feasibility study for the construction of a future Photovoltaic Solar Power Plant with an installed power capacity of 10MW in the Peruvian jungle region. For this, it will be necessary to carry out an economic evaluation that determines acceptable financial indicators. For the present work, an optimal design was made for the Photovoltaic Solar Power Plant using bifacial technology based on the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) standard, in order to increase the production of electrical energy through an adequate performance ratio, due to the fact that the irradiation in the Peruvian jungle is not high. Subsequently, the estimated budget of USD 13,971,017 to be used for the construction of the Photovoltaic Solar Power Plant is determined, and with this an economic evaluation of the project is carried out. Based on the economic evaluation, it is determined that the price of electricity to be offered before a possible private auction based on the present legal regulations regarding contracts for the purchase and sale of energy will be 80 USD/MWh, with an LCOE (Levelized Cost of Energy) of 56.03 USD/MWh.
