The execution of Urban Habilitation Alto del Prado, stages “I, II and III“ was built with the technical file which is based on the subdivision approved by the Municipality of Asia. The technical file was developed with the previous studies carried out (topography, study of soil mechanics, etc.), complying with the directives established in the sanitary feasibility and electrical feasibility, which were issued by EMAPA CAÑETE S.A. and LUZ DEL SUR, respectively. In the development of the technical file, the following considerations were made: the drinking water networks were designed to work at constant pressure and the installation of pressure break valves was considered at the lowest points, at the highest points air valves, in compliance From sanitary feasibility, the water networks are supplied by the existing water reservoir, which is shared by the urban development projects “Alborada de Asia” and “Alto del Prado”. For the design of the sewerage networks, it was considered that the wastewater flow flows by gravity and these feed the main sewer networks of the “Alborada de Asia“ project, the electrical networks were designed and executed considering that in whose line it is It avoided overlapping with the main water pipes in the section corresponding to public lighting and electrical household connections. The networks that supply the entire electrical system is through a particular PMI, the tracks and sidewalks according to the road design and considering a section of track composed of a flexible pavement carriageway bordered by submerged sardinel, berms and side sidewalks, comply with the established in the Study of Soil Mechanics, finally the development of urban habilitation is complemented with signaling for pedestrian and vehicular traffic, both horizontal and vertical, and the delimitation of lots by milestones, labeling of the water and drainage boxes for their easy identification. The supervision of the execution of the “Urban Habilitation Alto del Prado, Stages I, II and III“, I contemplate that the work complies with the requirements established in the technical file and the assurance of the technical specifications at the time of executing the work, carrying continuous controls of topography, quality of materials used, as well as field tests (hydraulic tests of installation of water and sewage pipes, tightness of drain boxes, compaction, megados, Slump, etc.). At the end of the execution of the urban development works, the technical conformities of the water and sewerage works were requested from EMAPA CAÑETE S.A. and electric power to LUZ DEL SUR, whose work conformities certify the good execution of these works, in compliance with the technical file of the approved project, starting the operation of the water and sewerage networks, as well as the supply of energy to the project.
