Stress is a subject of great importance for all organizations, if it is not controlled it can cause physical or psychological harm to the employee, the present work aims to: Determine how work stress influences productivity in the area of marketing at the Arzobispo Loayza SAC Higher Technological Institute, located at av. Garcilaso de la Vega 1022 - 1064 - Psje. Nueva Rosita 140 - 160 - Cercado - in 2019, who provide education services. The research method was quantitative approach. The type of research is correlational of non-experimental design, having as an instrument the questionnaire with the two scale variables, five categories (always, almost always, sometimes, almost never and never) and the survey technique for collecting information. by collaborators. The population and sample is made up of 20 people. The validity and reliability of the instrument were by mathematical formulas; therefore, they are reliable and consistent. The results of this research show that there is an influence between the variables presented and studied, a direct correlation was determined, concluding that stress is a disease in which employees suffer conditions that prevent them from having adequate results when the necessary conditions and behaviors are not met. for the effectiveness of your work.
