In an entity of the state exposed in this present research work, it is well known at the national level, it has a great demand for it, its processes for the user are closely related to IT (Information Technology) services. This entity supports its services in IT, therefore an incident presented in any of the services can delay and even stop the correct flow of the entity's work. For these reasons, the team in the Information Technology area, who are in charge of resolving all incidents, present various problems that make it difficult to solve them optimally. One of these problems is that there is no documentation of incidents, delay in solution times, there is no classification of incidents and there is poor prioritization. Faced with this problem, the present research work recommends the implementation of an incident management web system based on the ITIL reference framework in a state entity, said system will have different modules: registration of requests, detail of requests, bank of frequent errors and others, with the purpose of providing solutions previously raised and resulting in a correct management of incidents, maintaining the availability of services and the correct flow of work.
